What are the delivery charges for my order?
For majority of the solar and wind products and components sold in our inverter online store delivery is free of charge for mainland EU/EEA addresses.
EU / EEA addresses on islands, United Kingdom and other international destinations standard DHL Express fees apply. For deliveries outside EU/EEA on the top of the delivery charges other costs may apply.
How long will delivery take?
The simple answer to this would be: it depends. Majority of the solar and wind components we sell are picked, packed within 24-48 hours after receiving your payment. Therefore – depending on the load on our carriers (DHL, GLS, Fedex) all products are shipped out within 72 hours. (not including weekends and public holidays in Germany and Slovakia)
Based on our experience for international destinations delivery takes between 4-9 days, but we have seen longer fulfillments as well.
What exactly happens after ordering?
The process within our organization is pretty simple and straight forward.
You get an order and payment confirmation. Your item(s) are picked, packed and labeled according to the carrier(s), legal requirements and your instructions (if any). The carrier is notified and your products are shipped out with the first available carrier to your destination followed by a tracking number into your mailbox.
Do you provide technical support and assistance?
General technical support and installation assistance is provided for free for our existing customers only. No exceptions! Detailed technical support for existing customers as well as any kind of technical support and assistance, warranty issues, etc. for non-customers are available as individual service products which can be purchased in our weshop.
How long do I have to return an order? (B2B)
B2B sales are based on contractual and individual basis between Inverterre and the installer, builder or other legal entity therefore orders made from us (for whatever reason) cannot be returned.
In vary rare cases the items can be changed (if were unpacked, wrong item was ordered, etc.) but a restocking fee will apply. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Supply.
How long do I have to return an order? (B2C)
In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone or mail order, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
Refunds are be given within 14 days of receipt of cancellations, but Inverteree.com can delay your refund if we or our Vendor haven’t received the goods or evidence you returned them. In all cases when your goods are damaged or have a fault, the shipping costs will be also be refunded.
FAQ PAYMENT & SHOP
How is the customer reimbursed?
If you change your mind 14 days after your purchase, you can easily reverse your order (by cancelling it) in the MY ACCOUNT section of our power inverter store.
If your original payment was made via a our card processing platform than your reimbursement is automatic. If your payment was made via a bank transfer (wire transfer) the reimbursement of your payment it is done manually by our finance team.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
The answer is yes and no. If you are a retail customer you will be always reimbursed via the original payment method you used when you made the order.
If you have an installer, a builder or a trading partner account with is the reimbursement will be done via a bank transfer in 99% of the cases. There may be a few exceptions.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Yes, you can order any product from our shop from any country and have it shipped to another destination. No problem.
Our power inverter shop is configured to handle those needs easily, except if the final destination is outside mainland EU/EEA. In all these cases you order will be handled manually by one of our Customer Service Representatives.
How can I return an item?
There is process on how you can return an item to us. Please visit our Shipping Policy page (bottom menu) which describes in detail the process.
In general terms all items must be returned undamaged in the original packaging with any major carrier operating in Europe.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The answer is yes. In 99% of the cases products shown in the product picture look exactly the same as the one you will get.
Product pictures we use are from our manufacturing partners but it can happen that they change the model in a speed on which we just simply cannot keep up on updating the product. If you are uncertain on any product, just simply ask.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
It may be. Normally the items shown as “out of stock” are the ones on which we do not have information when will be back “in stock”.
Item which are not available from stock but still can be ordered are market as “on backorder”. Al these of course have a lead time from the manufacturer.
