Via our Shipping Policy attempts to provide the absolute best shipping rates possible for you.

From time to time, freight shipments may cost more than what is quoted on our website this can be due to hazardous materials, specialized components, and shipments to outside the mainland EU/EEA,  such as the islands or other overseas addresses. If the cost of freight is more than your order total on our website, then we will contact you with a quote for the additional freight charges due, you may elect to cancel or accept the order in this case.

As per our Terms and Conditions reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, if this were to occur it would likely be due to an error of pricing, availability or otherwise.

Orders “Fulfilled by Inverteree” (FBI)

As per our Shipping Policy all items “Fulfilled by Inverteree” (FBI) are offered by a third-party seller and Apelida s.r.o, but shipped to you from an Apelida s.r.o. warehouse in Germany, Netherlands, UK, USA or Slovakia.

All standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped within EU/EEA (domestically), including free shipping on qualifying orders. International shipping may not be available for all items.

When we ship your order, we list the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package in Your Account, and in your shipment confirmation email. You can track your package in Your Orders.

We also handle all customer service and product returns for “Fulfilled by Inverteree” items.

FREE Shipping

Normally, if you are an EU/EEA retail customer your order will arrive within five to nine days. If you are a  member of Inverteree Reseller and Installer Program in the EU/EEA normally your order will arrive within 24-48 hours. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can offer free shipping. If you notice that your items have not shipped yet, do not worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we will ship in time for the expected delivery date.

Orders Placed with Vetted Marketplace Sellers

Delivery dates may vary for orders placed with Inverteree Marketplace sellers. For more information, contact the seller directly. If your order is eligible for free shipping our Customer Care handles any questions about shipping and delivery after you place an order. In all other cases your shipping fees when buying items from a seller on depend on the type of solar and wind product you purchase.

Rates are based on shipping a single item. Purchasing multiple items from a seller may result in multiple shipping charges. For buyers within mainland EU/EEA, shipping charges and options vary according to the product being purchased.

International Shipments

Orders shipped abroad may be delayed due to customs controls and unexpected service delays like but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Please note that all these events can add several business days to your estimated delivery date.

How are Shipping and Delivery Dates Calculated?

We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.

Transit time is based on your chosen or indicated shipping speed. We calculate transit time using business days. Saturday and Sunday don’t usually count toward the transit time. An exception to this is when a weekend delivery option is available during checkout. We also take holidays into account when calculating the transit time. The date is subject to change before you place your order. Your order confirmation email will include your confirmed delivery date.

After an order ships, you can track it in My Orders.

Delivery Guarantees

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and selected products. Guaranteed delivery service it is not part of our standard service. Please always ask for a quote. If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will refund any shipping fees associated with that order.

Your confirmed delivery date is always in your order confirmation email received from or from our Vendor from Marketplace.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain restrictions like embargo or for example IATA regulations or access to your physical address prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Restrictions for specific solar and wind products may require the purchaser to provide additional information in order to ship the item.

You will be notified after checkout if we are unable to ship specific items to the address you have selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.

As a general rule we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses and orders to be delivered on islands as well as remote locations. In all these cases you would need to contact a freight forwarder in Netherlands. All products ordered will be shipped by to Netherlands.

Shipping Rates

Inverteree works closely with its reputable international carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for all our customers. Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items, product type, weight, and volume of all the items in your cart. If  on the product page it is not indicated Free Delivery then Standard Delivery Rates apply to your order.

When you purchase a solar and wind product from a seller at Inverteree Marketplace, you pay immediately, online. You also have the option to pay via a bank transfer (wire transfer). Included in your payment or order confirmation is a pre-calculated fee for delivery to your selected address.

Track Your Package

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

To track your package:

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Go to the order you want to track.
  3. Select Track Package next to your order.
Depending on the shipping method you chose, it’s possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately. Items sent by third-party sellers from the Inverteree Marketplace can in some cases also be tracked. It’s possible if the seller has shared this information with and you have chosen a traceable shipping method.

Note: Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, are not trackable.

If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information has not changed, allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. If your package shows as delivered but you haven not yet received it contact us (we would need your order number) or the carrier directly (they would need your tracking number).

Receiving Shipments

In all cases an independent shipping contractor such as DHL, GLS, FedEx or a commercial trucking company will deliver your order. Most ground shipments, and all freight shipments will require a signature from you or an authorized representative on your behalf to obtain goods from the carrier. In all cases the driver will ask you to sign for the delivery. This is a legal document stating that the package is being delivered in good condition without damage and that the customer is waiving any additional claim from the shipper.

When the shipment arrives it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your order before signing the receipt of delivery. We advise that you should carefully inspect the packages for a any damage including scuffs, dents, tears, punctures or creases on the delivery receipt. If there is anything unusual with the package, the customer has the right to open it to inspect the contents..

Please make a note of any damage to the box on the delivery receipt. You may mark on the delivery receipt “concealed damage possible” if the delivery driver cannot or will not wait while you conduct your inspection.

If there is damage to the shipment, then you must refuse the package and contact immediately.

We urge you to contact us regarding any damage within 24 hours of your delivery, as we must file a claim with our distributor and the shipping provider to successfully ensure insurance obligations are met with these companies.

Undiscovered damage claims not noted on the delivery receipt cannot be made with a carrier or or its Marketplace Seller. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Make sure to account for all the items you have purchased, contact us if the contents of your order differ from the order you placed from us through our company. If a shipment is intact, the order was not previously cancelled and is refused you will be responsible for any restocking fees (20%), plus all the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Local Pickups

We are taking extra precaution to ensure the health and safety of you and our staff which includes adjustments to our will call policy. While we are currently maintaining regular operations, – as per now – our distribution center has temporarily halted the facilitation of in person pickups. We recognize that for many of our customers, that your Inverteree  Experience may look different as we navigate through this time together.
