The new SolisCloud APP Instructions

Download SolisCloud before old app ceases to exist. Do you have a Ginlong Solis slar power inverter installed in your home or business? Pay attention to this change, since you may not be able to monitor your inverter production data from 30th of April, 2023.

If you already have a registered account with Solis Home or Solis Pro then you will need to migrate your account. Please see page 6 for further instructions!

“Anyone that was using the original Solis monitoring platform for its solar power inverter (Solis Home/Solis Professional) will need to migrate their systems over to the new platform. This is done by selecting “Data Migration” in the top right corner of the login page. The original login credentials will need to be used here. .”

NEW Ginlong SolisCloud APP  – Old Solis Home/PRO App Shuts Down

Solis Home/PRO will be shut down on 30th April 2023, please immediately download “SolisCloud” APP or log on to and use the original account password in the new platform. If you encounter problems during the migration please contact Solis at:

If you already migrated your account and are using SolisCloud theres nothing that you need to do!

“Search “Soliscloud” in the app store and then download the app. If you have already created an account through the browser then use your login credentials. If you have not created an account yet then tap “Register” in the top right corner. From there you will tap either “Organization” if you are an installer or “Owner” if you are a homeowner. If you want the app to remember your login credentials for you then check the box next to “Remember” at the login page.

The new SolisCloud platform features a full size display of all your installations with realtime data. You will have an intelligent alarm system that gives recommendations to quickly repair your field faults.
