FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

The short answer is, normally yes, however some of the permanently discontinued products by the inverter or solar components manufacturer are also shown as out of stock. Please contact us; it may be chance that we are able to source that product from you from the manufacturer.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, unless the product design and color is not changed in the mean time by the manufacturer. We are doing our best to keep our power inverter shop fully updated but we are humans and a day has only 24 hours on Earth. Feel free to contact us at any time if you have any doubts.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your order information, including your receipt for payments you made and the commercial invoices can be found (if you are a registered and logged in customer) in the My Account section of the inverter webshop. Top right corner of the page on a desktop computer and the top left corner on mobiles.

How can I return an item?

Where can I ship my order?

You can ship your order wherever you wish, except to addresses in countries which are on European Union` embargo list. With all that said you need to know that although we regularly sell to USA and African countries as well our webshop is primarily configured to serve customers from mainland EU/EEA. For all the other destinations you should get in touch with us for a quote or have an arrangement with a freight forwarder in Netherlands to be able to serve you best. If you are a customer outside mainland EU/EEA (except UK and Republic of Ireland) the delivery cost shown at the Checkout is the cost of delivery to a freight forwarder in Netherlands.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes we do. General questions regarding the power inverter products like technical data, installation and commissioning as well as guarantee issues are free to be asked and we will answer them for free via e-mail. Everything which requires planning, sizing and a deeper engineering overview are available as well but are not for free. Please see out Technical Assistance packages in our power inverter shop

Do you deliver inverters overseas?

Yes.

Do you sell solar panels and energy storage as well?

Yes we do but not through our webshop. Both solar panels and energy storage requires special handling and carrier arrangements, therefore are not included in our webshop product portfolio. If you need a complete solar panel system with or without batteries please ask for a quote.

Do you sell complete solar PV systems?

Yes.

What your best price?

Please note that the “What is your best price?” type of questions are not answered by our team. If you are retail customer the best prices are shown in our wenshop. If you are solar installer or a builder you have your special prices under your profile via our Installer Discount Program. Please visit Installer Login on the top right corner of the webpage.
