If you are an EEU/EEA customer you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good from your order.
Your right to cancel
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you on all payments received from you for that particular order, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We will collect the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to the place indicated by us. In case of goods, which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, the cost is estimated at a maximum of 125 EUR. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
All products to be returned must be in the original packaging, in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. No exceptions.
The Inverteree.com` Vendor requires at minimum 24-48 hours to inspect a returned item prior to initiating a refund or credit process. If any component of the returned product is missing, the return procedure is breached and Inverteree.com` Partner may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component.
The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
- Contracts for the supply of goods to companies and other legal entities
Restocking fees for installers, builders, resellers and other businesses
In special cases cancellation and refund is possible for business customers, though shipping charges are not refundable for these group of customers. In all those individual cases a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Custom built items, including but not limited to power centers, backup systems and custom built solar panel mounting systems, are non-returnable. Built to order items, special order items, and breakers are non-returnable.
